yes, another one... but we have lots of catching up to do

Poli had a penguin stuffed animal that he found in our toy bin. It was a gift to me one Christmas from a wonderful aunt, but I wasn't going to use it and he loved it, so he got his first stuffed animal. When that toy started dropping white beads, I decided it was time for a new toy... I found another Christmas stuffed animal. It was a bear from all-a-dollar. He loved it! It really is his baby. He will not only play with it and act like it's dog like him, but he will lick it...it's his baby. It even looks like him; sometimes we have no idea where he ends and "teddy" begins. He's so cute! Sadly, I have no video of him licking it, but we have some of playing.

mommy's home

So today, when I came home from school, I took a little longer walking from my car to the house 'cause I checked the mail. I heard the pitter-patter of little feet even from my car. Poli was running from the office, down the hall, and was coming down the stairs as I came in. He was so excited. I am always so 'flattered' when he greets me like this. He's the typical dog greeting mommy, bright eyes, wild tail wagging, jumping up and down, and high-pitched wimpering. wow, what a pup!

welcome to life with Napoleon bonaparte Andersen

Wow, this will be quick, but everyone has blogs, so I'm going to start one...about my dog. He is a Bichon Frise, or bike-on frizzy as my father would say. He's a sweetheart and loves to cuddle, but gets into many messes. Today was actually okay. We went for a walk/jog. We jogged the last half-a-mile, and I let him off the leash. He did pretty well, but by the end he was running all over in the snow. His "tummy" got all wet, but we came in and I rubbed it for him...He loved it
